About

I'm the founder and CEO of Zebrix Group, a service-disabled veteran-owned and Texas VetHUB-certified HVAC and mechanical contractor based in The Woodlands. We self-perform HVAC and mechanical work for state agencies, prime contractors, facilities and data centers, deliver complete MEP scopes through licensed partner trades under our management, and provide temporary cooling and power rentals.

I'm a Texas native. I served in the U.S. Navy as a hospital corpsman at Camp Pendleton, where I was promoted to Senior Corpsman and ran staffing and equipment for a multi-service hospital ward. After the Navy I earned a BS in Economics, cum laude, from Texas A&M and later a Professional MBA from SMU.

I started my career in energy trading and risk in Houston, then became a Lead Risk Manager at Amazon, where I managed an eight-person team that built SQL, Python and Power BI detection models to find and stop illicit activity on the Amazon Marketplace. From there I moved into commercial roofing, where I build AI tools that turn days of inspection and reporting work into minutes, and today I'm also Senior Business Developer and AI Advisor at Range Roofing.

That mix of field work and data is why Zebrix runs on data. I built our in-house AI platform and lead Pulsix, our building-intelligence research program, including satellite-based research on the roofs of 403 Texas data centers. I'm an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot, which I use for roof and site inspections.

I lead the Houston chapter of VetsInTech, connecting veterans with technology careers and training, and I'm a member of Infrastructure Masons (iMasons). Outside of work I play guitar and piano and volunteer at my church.
